That sounds well worth the price of admission. Maybe I'll have my truth mushroom conversation over by then and MK can do what he does and be at least four handfuls. Probably could fill all the hands of the clones we could make too.

That would indeed be a lot of handfuls.

I really will have to get creative to keep up with that. Perhaps silk? Everyone likes unwrapping a pretty present.

Silk with lots of ties or lacing, maybe. We can take our time unraveling.

Could make a whole game of it. Several ribbons that have to be undone in a certain order. I rather suspect you'd need to help MK be patience. Reward him when he doesn't rush too much maybe.

I have a policy to make a game of whatever I can.

Helping him be patient won't be a problem. My shadows will hold him, distract him. If he won't be still, I'll have to distract him, won't I?

Oh, definitely. He could end up leaving the thing in knots and then where would we be?

If he can't be good, he'd just need a lesson on how best to be patient. Some helpful visual aids.

Untying you, of course. Or maybe ripping that pretty silk off you. Inch by inch.

Well, he does rely on me to teach him things.

It would be such a shame to tear it, but I suppose if it can't be helped.

It is an important lesson, how to be patient. Patient ones are who get to enjoy the present first. Its only fair, after all. At least, until they decide to share, that would be up to them.

These things happen, especially in the heat of the moment. The trick is to make it worthwhile.

If you were the one directing this little production, you'd get to decide how I test his patience. Be sure to come up with something interesting.

I suppose that would depend what you're interested in.

If you want him to learn to be patient, the first time would have to be merciful. Light. Something we can stop in a second.

Or if you want to see what he's like when he's mad (in a very fun way), that could be a real test of patience. I rather suspect if he goes into the deep end, he's going to quickly find a way to get control again.

When you've been around as long as I have, it's easier to list what you're not into, given the right circumstances. And I don't have very many of those.

Hm. Merciful and light isn't really my forte.

We will need to have a safe word system set up before this.

Just in case his mad tips over into not very fun.

But the fun way? Well, it was good I had healing magic, I legitimately couldn't walk after the fact.

He takes seeing another bite done in front of him as a challenge. I've very curious what he'd do when he wants both participants involved.

If you think it's best. [ Macaque is fairly confident that he can read MK's moods well enough, but if it makes things easier they can use code words. He's used to being pushed beyond his limits so might be too casual about it. ]

So long as he knows ahead of time that it's only play. I wouldn't want him to get the wrong idea from a bite... that said. I always enjoy seeing what MK does when the chips are down.

I'd enjoy seeing what you look like when he challenges me. The sounds you'd make watching us, the look on your face.

I do. It also helps reinforce it is only play. He has emotional control and assurance that its just an experiment gone wrong if he taps out, not something meant to make him feel left out for real.

But hopefully he doesn't, because MK when the chips are down is a sight.

It would be a wonderful show. I pin you down, you have to let me. Sure, you have to let anyone with the shadows, but you have to let me for pure brute strength. But MK? I think MK could physically match you for strength when he's worked up and in a challenging mood.

[ Macaque laughs when he sees the text cut off mid-sentence. Well, now. ]

I'm sure MK could make me do anything he wanted if he set his mind to it. If I tried to resist, it would only be a matter of time before he had me right where he wanted me.

Its true. He is so very hard to deny, whether or not it comes down to physical force or persuasion. I wonder if he could get you to beg? He likes it when I make pretty noises for him.

I'd resist for a while, of course. Hold out as he worked on me, mercilessly. Slowly wearing down my resistance until it was nothing but need. And then I'd beg him. I'm terribly intense when I beg. You'll like it, and he'll love it.

[ He's too amused by the effect this is clearly having. Hopefully one day he'll get to try it in practice. ]

[It is definitely having an effect. The texts definitely are not coming as fast as they have been. Despite the interest because it'll start and stop him writing something.]

MK can be truly merciless when he gets going. He would. When he wants a reaction, he'll do anything to get it. He'll be so pleased to hear you beg, to know how much you need him in that moment.

On his own, he'd probably be nice.

I could ask him to draw it out though. So we could hear more of those lovely words.

Would it be easier if we talked on the phone for this?

[ He's just saying, you seem to be having trouble typing. ]

We both do deserve a nice distraction. I'm moving to my room.

[It's another minute or two because sometimes he has to be a flustered mess about it.]

[ It's both cute and fascinating that he's so timid. Relative inexperience, probably. ]

[ Macaque's voice is a low murmur, real easy on the ears. ]

I imagine this will be better over the phone. Over telepathy it sure packed a punch. Sometimes you get feelings and impressions that way too.

I'll just have to insist you get descriptive. Or loud.

[Very much that. He's still getting used to these feelings. Really, if not for Saya's efforts, he wouldn't be bold enough to call.]

It does seem like telepathy would be intense. [Macaque's voice is nice. He's keeping his own voice low at first, a definite tone of nerves in it.] The phone won't be pressed to your ear then? [Just checking for what he said before.]
