While it did help me to have some time to process what happened without worrying about managing other people's reactions, it was wrong of me to make you promise to keep it a secret. It affects you as well. You've been fighting so hard to be strong for us. To carry us. Anything we ask, you try so damn hard to give no matter what it does to you. Through that promise, I inadvertently cut you off from being able to seek the support YOU need and deserve. I'm sorry for that. I absolve you of the promise completely. If you want to talk about it, if you need to talk about it, you can.
I'm going to try to tell Wash-nii today. And I'm going to work on opening up to Donnie and Eve about it too. Donnie especially deserves to know; he's a target of MK's feelings and behaviour just as much as I am, or more. It's fine if you happen to tell them first. Just let me know.
Whatever you decide is always okay with me. It wasn't wrong of you to ask me not to spill, you needed time. You deserved time. It wasn't wrong of you to ask for what you needed to get through it.
But I'm glad I can talk to them now. Donnie especially and also Wash, it felt like I was lying. I'll make sure to tell you if somehow I talk to them first, but I'm going to give you time first. Okay?
