He's fire and then he's by Macaque, and its a memory, he knows its a memory, but he still throws spring healing at him anyway.

The Spring healing does nothing for Macaque as he bleeds out from his now-hollow eye socket. He doesn't seem to see you or perceive you in any way, but you've got a front row seat for his screams fading into silence and his body going slack.
