"The yuan is also here, so either is possible," Red Son said and looks to the house. "Frustration. Sadness. Coming home to nothing?"

MK turned to a portal where he spoke with Monkey King. He caught the coin and froze for a moment. He swallowed and turned back to Red Son. He held out the coin.

"This one is worrying his love is too big, he's afraid Monkey King won't stay, but hoping he does. I think it's this one. Touch it? See what you think?"

Red Son nods.

But he'll pull out the sack of yuan and hold it out to MK. "You check this too," he said.

But then he'll touch the coin.

Mk felt the memory. He remembered that. Macaque offered to help people he'd been there for part of it. He was so worried inside. He was glad Macaque came with him. That had been here too. Both had been. He looked from the bag to the door.

"Either one works. They're...similar. I don't know which. But I don't think either is gonna be wrong."

They are similar and still both with pros and cons.

There is a pause.

"We could flip a coin," he said.

They are both coins.

MK blinked then he chuckled.

"Alright. Let's let the coins decide. Heads, the one coin. Tails, the sack?"

Red Son nodded. "Agreed," he said and will flip that coin and....

Tails.

"All right. So we'll throw in the sack?"

"That's what the coins decided," MK said and moved to the door. He pushed the sack into the void at the door.

"You didn't run away then and you won't run away now. And we won't leave you either. We promise."

The sack of coins is pushed into the void, and it closes up.

But you can see blue cracks all over the door now that there's no void blocking your view.

"We're staying," Red Son promised, standing beside MK.

And.

Oh boy.

"Ah, that's a problem," he said.

That was not what Mk wanted to see. The cracks were everywhere. They couldn't get in. His eyes looked hard, were the cracks on the door handle?

"That's a big problem."

There are cracks on the handle. Through the door. All over the house.

Do you risk it?

Red Son is immediately grabbing MK's hands.

He knows his boyfriend.

"We should speak to Wash and Pigeon Girl."

"I wasn't gonna touch it!" MK said defensively. He really wasn't.

"...You might be right but I wanna try something first." Well several somethings but first...

"Epsilon? We...need to get inside. Would you mind moving? Pretty please?"

Epsilon might hear you, might not. The cracks are memories only, so it's impossible to tell.

Regardless, nothing happens.

Red Son raises an eyebrow, but slowly let's go of his hands. "Just checking. We don't need a fourth person with blue cracks and you definitely don't need identity issues," he said flatly.

He waits for a response. "...shall we contact them now?"

Stupid AI not listening. Or just not moving. Rude ass Epsilon.

"I guess yeah. Call them?" He asked as he stepped off the porch and tried to look under the door. Do the cracks go along under the door?

He pulls out his phone and considers. "I think Wash. He has more experience," he said.

You can see blue under the door, but it's hard to tell where the cracks are exactly.

The porch starts creaking ominously.

Mk was sure Red Son would yell at him later. He just wanted to see something. And he needed to see closer. With a poof, while Red Son was on the phone, he turned little. He moved close to the door and looked under. Could he squeeze through without touching anything blue?

That is an ominous creaking and Red Son steps off the crouch. "MK. MK, get off the porch!" Red Son said, trying to look for the sign of the strain.

From this vantage point you can see that the entire floor is covered in blue cracks. Even as a tiny person there's no way to avoid touching them. Not only that, the entire place is structurally unsound. Anyone going in there might not only touch the blue cracks, they might fall down into a sinkhole of them.

That was horrifying to see. There was nothing in the house waiting for them except that. Mk quickly backed away and poof! He was big again as he stumbled off the porch.

"That... that was fucking scary! Ask Wash what it means if there's a huge hole FULL of cracks? What do we do about THAT?!"

"He said not to touch them! He says he'll take a look, but its his brain explosion," Red Son said, waving at the house. "If anyone can do something, its him, and if he can't, we just keep giving it space."

"I didn't touch them!" Mk snapped back a little. "I promised I wouldn't but Epsilon went and made a giant hole in Monkey King's house! But not as BIG A HOLE AS I MADE!" He shouted at the house. He huffed and crossed his arms.

"If he can't do anything, there's nothing in there anymore."
