The page of writing is entirely scribbled out, illegible. It is so thoroughly scribbled out that at least several layers of the concealing scribbles were entirely unnecessary.

You are Macaque, and you should be dead. In so many ways.

Wukong swooped in to save MK at the last minute after you tried to steal the kid's powers. How disgustingly sweet. How not anything he would ever have done for you.

Trying to kill Wukong, you can't say you regret. It was the continuation of an argument that's centuries old by this point. It's the only way you can communicate to him what he did to you.

You do feel a little bad about the kid, though. He seems like a good enough person. You can't help but wonder how Wukong will fuck him up.

Really, it's a shame that the kid was caught in the crossfire. A real shame. You insist to yourself that it wasn't your jealousy getting in the way on that, that the plan was just to get Wukong's powers to escape the Lady Bone Demon, but you're not sure how well you believe it.
